By purchasing from us, you are agreeing the following terms and conditions.

Orders

Orders can be placed over the phone or via email, amendments or cancellations of an order will only be accepted if packaging or shipping has not begun.

Where we provide a list of items that are included in the dress packs we reserve the right to alter the items or quantities so long as the pack equates to the same cost.

We aim to vary all of our packs (including standard packs) so that our customers receive a varied selection of items and if they so wish, create a stock of various items to be used in the future.

Our contract with you begins when we accept your order. Dress Pack Solutions Ltd reserve the right to accept or reject any order.

All orders accepted are subject to these terms and conditions.

All Prices:

  • Exclude VAT at the current rate.

  • Include UK delivery by a member of the Dress Pack Solutions team or by a courier.

  • Are reviewed regularly and are subject to change depending upon the current market/inflation..

Bespoke Dress Packs

To assist us in providing a dress pack that is suitable for the specific make, model, design or theme you are buying for we ask you to give us as many details as you can. It is really helpful for us to have pictures or a video so we can give you an accurate quote, these can be sent by email or WhatsApp. Failure to do this may result in some of the items not complementing the specific home.

Payment Terms

We accept payment by BACS (please contact us for our bank details) which needs to received prior to the dress pack is sent to you or we dress the unit.

Payment terms for credit accounts is strictly 30 days from the invoice date. Failure to adhere to this may result in your credit facility being withdrawn. Should you wish to apply for a credit account please contact us.

Items remain the property of Dress Pack Solutions Ltd until payment is received in full.

Delivery and returns

We aim to provide a quick and reliable service by despatching your order as quickly as possible. An estimated delivery time will be given to you at the time of order. However, any date quoted for delivery is an estimate and Dress Pack Solutions Ltd can not be liable for any delays in delivery.  Should you need a quicker delivery than what has been estimated please contact us and we will do our best.

Should we encounter any unforeseen circumstances which may effect delivery of your order we will contact you immediately.

Please check your items on delivery and notify us of any breakages within 72 hours, providing pictures of the damaged product. If there are any breakages we will do our best to replace the item with the same product but should this not be possible or time doesn’t allow an alternative item will be sent to the same or higher value.

We do not accept returns of packs as each have been created specifically for your order.

Marketing Material and Website

The images shown and descriptions used on our website or on any printed or marketing materials are for illustrative purposes only and may differ slightly from the goods supplied by us, especially if you are buying bespoke dress packs.

If you choose for a member of our team to come and dress the home for you please note that photographs will be taken and may be used in our marketing material.
