Orders
Enquiries and orders can be placed over the phone or via email. Please provide as much information as you can on the accommodation to be dressed. As each pack created is different we will quote for your specific requirements and aim to have this to you within 2 working days. We will also provide an estimated delivery date. Once happy to proceed a proforma invoice will be raised and emailed for immediate payment.
Delivery anD replacements
Your pack(s) will be sent via courier or if you have opted for our professional dressing service a member of our team will to travel to the location on the agreed date where we will complete the full dressing service. This will include bed making with crisp white linen and towels, leaving the home smelling and looking ready for potential buyers.
Please check your items on delivery and notify us of any breakages within 72 hours, providing pictures of the damaged product. If there are any breakages we will do our best to replace the item with the same product but should this not be possible or time doesn’t allow an alternative item will be sent to the same or higher value.
We do not accept returns of packs as each have been created specifically for your order.
